  1. I have an old Suntour Winner 7s freewheel with two of the four prongs broken. I assume a freewheel puller will not be of any use to me now...

How can I remove the freewheel without damaging the entire wheel?

I've been reading other threads about changing cogs on freewheels and replacing bearings and pawls etc. Would any of that information apply here? I don't mind losing the freewheel. It's time to replace it anyways.

    Thanks
