i have the ultegra flight deck hooked to a ultegra rear derailleur. the issue is on the upshift sweep. i yank it all the way over and in the top half of the cog i can only shift up 2 gears not 3. (actually goes up 3 but comes back down when realesed) on the bottom it works proper i can jump 3 in one sweep of the leaver. is this an alignment issue? the adjustment is slightly difffernt top to bottom also. this is on a 2010 madone..

Is it the 6600 or 6700 sti lever and RD?

Hi fordguru, unfortunately the 6700 only allows upto 2 up shifts, whereas the 6600 allows upto 3 up shifts.
