I'm soooo out of control and have gained back about 23 pounds. Last recorded weight I have in my calendar was 155 back in September. I'm sure I got to around 150 before I stopped weighing myself.
Let's see. . . *stopped reading this newsgroup *stopped counting points because I was sure I could eat reasonably without the hassle *stopped weighing myself (why?) *stopped planning my meals ahead *started having big packages of sweets in the house again leading to binging *stopped exercising regularly *stopped drinking water
No wonder! lol
I'm so thankful that those of you posting are here. I know that if I start reading this group again I will get motivated and the weight will come off. Hopefully, once it does, I won't go getting so smug and putting it back on again. 🙂

The neat thing about WW is it works no matter how many times 🙂 Lucky for me, thats for sure. I restarted about a million times.
At least you did not gain it All back before coming back here.!

Welcome to the real world, WW, it's great to have you back. I took a break for personal reasons and gained 11 pounds, which are now on their off again.
I think some of us need to do a reality check once or twice or more in order to definitely know deep down inside that this is where we have to be, and we need to follow the WW WOL;-)

Thanks Lee. I was eating such good stuff before I lost my way there. I think I started adding in too much candy and before I knew it, candy was all I was eating - again. I think I'm just going to have to completely stay away from the stuff, although I haven't broken the cycle yet as of this morning.

I've tried something before, but it read all the punctuation and everything, and the voice was hard for me to understand. Was think of training a voice recognition program to do my typing though. Are you using a screen reader?

Yes I do use a screen reader, it is called Window Eyes, and you set for punctuation and a zillion other variables that lets you listen to what you want, at your own pace with a few different voices, It is a wonderful tool, Lee WatchingWorks <[email hidden]> wrote in message "]news:[email hidden]...
