Shorts Sizes!

The typical measurement for cycling shorts will give a range from unstretched to stretched measurements, since they're made of very stretchy material.

Thanks, I am guessing this size chart must be relating to unstretched - this one is on the lightinthebox webiste for jersey and shorts sets. Good prices, but want to get the sizes right obviously casue it's international shipping.

Do you know if there is a 'universal' size chart that I can access with both the unstretched and strecthed measurements please? Cheers!

something to watch out for is the rim at end of shorts ,bought a pair that were fairly tight at the rim but bit loose every where else leaving marks on lower thigh. i have to wear size up to avoid this .supose were not all a standard size

Good point about the leg grippers and/or the waist band (if there is one - most of the time it's a drawstring unless they're bibs), some are more snug than others. Case in point - I have a pair of Cannondale shorts with the wavy leg grippers, the shorts fit perfectly but the leg grippers are snug enough to leave a wavy indentation in my leg for a while after I take them off.... :eek:

Another thing - on bibs, the shoulder straps on some will be shorter than others, if they're too short, they'll be really tight 'down there'.

I've yet to see a size chart from any manufacturer that had sizes in stretched and unstretched flavors. The sizes you do see for shorts, or better yet, bibs is the size person they fit. Sites usually have some bit that correlates size description--like large--with a numerical value--maybe waist size. Some shorts come in a Euro type fit, which is modeled around a person a bit trimmer than the typical, overweight American.

I bought some 100% pure Russian mule [censored] before. It was excellent for curing some infections.

Hard to spam this blog when you need to provide an email address, provide two encrypted words for confirmation, provide confirmation from that email address.

Anyways, the only way I found this was by searching the forum for "lightinthebox"... I was worried about ordering from there because of reviews on the internet and the price seemed too good to be true (and it's a jersey I can't find anywhere else).

If you have ordered from lightinthebox, which I assume you haven't, I was wondering if you received everything and it was the right size. The blog is really directed towards the original poster.

Yeah, I guess it's all about the marinating process. I've heard if you let it marinate too long, you end up with something that's not quite as pleasant as week-old Limburger cheese at sauna temps.

Indeed. That would be a bit zesty. It's really a process of perfection. One hour one way or the other can make it or brake it.
