For those of you that have ordered bikes through Nashbar, how complete was the bike set-up? Was it difficult rearranging the bike to get it working properly?

Any bike your oder will need some tweaking. You will have to put the bars, saddle, and wheels on. Then adjust the brakes and maybe the derailleur.
