Fourth week at the same weight! ๐ I left last weeks Tracker with my leader, so she can have a look and see if I'm doing something wrong. 13 st 4 lbs is getting boooooooring! --
ah. maybe the leader can come up with some suggestions. That has got to be getting tiresome. I think 4 was the longest I ever got stuck, maybe a whoosh next week?

I'm sorry Kate, but at least you're not gaining. Hang in there, you'll start losing again soon. Hopefully your leader will have some suggestions for you.

At least no gain Kate, but at least you're at 13st4 - spare a thought for those of us for whom 13st4 is a distant memory - and a distant goal!!!
I know a maintain is better than a gain, but grrrrrr it sure can be frustrating! My old advice used to be to drink more water, eat more protein, and cut back on the bread.......but that may not apply to you anyway! Hope the trend breaks soon.

I should up the water, but upping the protein is a tad hard with the gall bladder problem! I really do have to be careful about fats, protein intake, sugars... Slow I can cope with - but NO reduction on the scales is a pest! --

I keep reminding myself that a year ago I was 15 stone 3! I *HAVE* done well, though my loss is very slow compared to some. Just keep reminding yourself it isn't a competition it's a way of life!
Ugh, I hate Hate HATE plateaus, Kate! Hope the scale moves for you soon! Have you measured yourself lately?
Yup! Gone from a 36F bra to a 34F, and down 2 sizes in me posh frock pattern! Made an 18 rather than a 22! ๐ There are pix of the Posh frock & Jacket on the web site - URL below! Look at the Sewing Projects page, under the Kate's new Christmas Outfit heading... --
