Hi All, Im new hear, and this is the first post so be nice to me!
After writing-off my beloved car, i have found myself having to make much greater use of my Lemond bike i've had for about 2 years, but bearly done 200miles on.
My main issue is recovery time after the short (commuting) rides i do during the week, and balanceing that with my rowing training. Heres my typical day.....
Cycle 6 miles to work at 7am
Cycle 6 miles to the rowing club at 5.30pm
Rowing training for 1-2 hours of varying intensity
Cycle 10 miles home at 8.30ish.
I usually get home at about 9.15-9.45.
Im thinking of bying some SKINS compression clothing, to aid my recovery, but want to know that they work befor i send out on them. Has anybody got any experience with Skins compression clothing? Or is there other things is can do to reduce my recovery/prevent the permenant soreness in my legs???
Im pretty clued-up diet wise due to the rowing side of things, and im a religios stretcher.
any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
