    173/3 c. cottage cheese 1 large peach, diced 2 slices low-fat, low-cal wheat bread

    pancakes (3 pts worth, depends on recipe) 2 T lingonberry sauce ½ c. orange juice

    1 large (7 oz.) sweet potato ½ c. reduced fat cottage cheese

  11. they are at Sam's club, 4 flavors, crunchy, close to being the child of a WW
    bar and a granola bar very good, Lee, liking that they are seriously cheaper
    too!!!
