Hi!
I'm selling a road bike but I have no idea what to ask for it. It's a ladies Cypress (made in Vancouver, Canada. See: gwbicycle.comroad.htmOpen ↗), about 8 years old. I use it almost every day for commuting and cross-training and it runs pretty well. Bike consists of:
Schwalbe Lugano tires (haven't had a flat in a year- knock on wood- and I ride 50 to over 200km a week).
Shimano 105 group
Ritchey rims
toe-clip pedals
aluminum frame, carbon fibre fork
I don't have any problems with the bike when I ride it, it's just starting to look a bit tattered. The paint job is a bit banged up and a few uneccessary odds and ends are missing. These faults don't affect the performance of the bike, just the looks of it.
Anybody out there have any opinions on what price I should ask for? Or a price range? Like I said, I really don't know where to start. Even if you have a price suggestion for just one of the components I mentioned above, that would be a help.
Thanks so much!
