  1. Hello. I am knew to this forum and have a question concerning Rideblue tt bike.
I bought a T-12 Blue in June of 05, new...rode it for a year with about 1500 miles on it. I noticed a crack in the frame where the aero seat post enters in 06....My wife had 2 girls and I really didn't get to ride any for the last 3 years.

I contacted Blue via email and their customer service rep stated that it was a warrantyable issue. Now they want me to up grade and give them $1000 for a new frame. There policy states fix or replace.

Has any one had similar problems??

I'd insist on them fixing or replacing the frame.

Then what is the issue? If their policy says they will fix or replace the frame with no additional cost, then they can't make you fork over more money to upgrade a frame. Simple.
