I'm currently building my first fixie. I found an old frame, from an old bike and I am looking to use this frame for my fixie. The guides I have seen online all say that a horizontal dropout is the best for building a fixie.. From what I have researched online my bikeframe has a so-called 'semi-horizontal dropout'. Please look at the attached pictures to see if I'm right in my observations. My question is, if these are in fact semi-horizontal dropouts, do i need extra bike-components compared to bikes with horizontal dropouts and would would those components be? Thanks in advance!

Those dropouts are fine ...
The so-called horizontal dropouts on a Track bike are indeed horizontal because there is no rear brake caliper unless one has been retrofitted ... and, on a Road bike they are sloped to maintain the brake pad to rim distance ...
On the frame you have, the slightly steeper slope of the dropouts limits the amount of chain slack that can be accommodated -- possibly, that dropout has a 3-tooth maxium difference (front to rear of the dropout) in cog/Freewheel sizes vs. about a 5-tooth maxium difference on a "regular" Road dropout ...
In other words, you may have to be a little more precise in choosing the length of the chain you use than you would if the frame had a slightly more horizontal dropout AND/OR you may be limited in the different cog sizes you can use with a given length of chain.
