  1. As mentioned in my Newbie post, I just started WW last week. I feel great- very healthy and am
loving the program. However, I have noticed I feel a little light headed every now and then-
starting yesterday while at Yoga. I haven't got to the part where I add in points for exercise, I
was wondering if this could be a possible reason? I don't feel like I'm starving myself... I feel
    like I'm eaint enough.

  2. You shouldn't feel light headed. It's easy to follow the program and still eat too little if you are
excercising heavily. If you can't add in exercise points, yet, then please at least eat at the high
range of your points until your body adjusts to fewer calories and you can add in exercise points.

Btw, one thing I don't think that they empahsize enough is eating the "right" foods. I had a problem
with protein when I first started, because I would rather eat low fat sweets than meats, so I gave
up most meat and dairy so that I could have a treat every day. Unfortuneatly, that meant that I
didn't have enough protein in my diet.

Also, btw, not drinking enough water can cause light-headedness.

    Congratulations on your new lifestyle.

  4. How much food have you cut back on since you joined WW? Maybe you need to gradually cut back until
you get to your target number of points. Don't forget your water.

  5. If you get regular exercise, ask your leader for info on activity points and get the points booster
chart from them. I asked the first week I joined since I knew that I needed to be able to exercise
    strenuously and ate appropriately.

    Good luck

Great to hear you are OP and starting exercise so soon. Ask your leader how many APs you earn and
add some to your allocation. It's a really good idea to eat in the middle or top of your allocation
at least initially. Eating less does not necessarily make the weightloss faster. Light headedness
may be a result of many things. If it persists check with your doctor. You could also post a typical
days eating here so we can tell if you are over/under calculating points.

  7. Well I think it was just those two days, but I will post on here about what I've been eating...

Breakfast: 1 cup cearal w/ 1 c. non-fat milk Snack: string cheese Lunch: Bean burito w/ tomatoes
Dinner: 1 chicken breast w/ 1c. carrots OR 1.5 c. of white beans w/ ham and vegies Snack: 1 c. non-
fat milk w/ gen. foods instant flavored coffee

Other snacks include: yogurt, cliff bars, english muffins, popcorn, carrots etc.

I use the snacks to fill up extra points that I have, or of course if I'm hungry.
