Just thought I'd say hello to everyone. I have just recently got back into cycling after about a year hiatus. I'm still riding older bikes, and still riding the same old rough and hilly terrain, but I came back to find that I still love it!

I went out this morning and rode 18 miles. The headwind was insane, but I still saved 18.0mph average, so I'm still feeling good about it.
What is a good average for an amateur racer? Just out of curiosity.
