The light is a Bike Planet. Has the typical bracket for bar monting. And quick release.

The quick, cheap and ugly way would be to use a Jubilee Clip (hose clamp) to mount the light to one
of the fork blades.

The topic of properly and safely lighting a faired bike has been discussed for years over on BROL
and the Easy Racers forums. Your application will depend on your bike, of course, but I don't think
a light on the wheel nut is safe, you just can't throw the beam far enough to light up the road. The
light is also only available where the wheel is pointed, I like some options there.

I commute 7 miles one way all year on bike paths and city streets. I need my lights up high, off the
road, and off center as far as I can get them. This gives me plenty of spread in the beams and the
lights remain close enough so I can adjust them without stopping.

Right now I'm working on putting a piece of brass or copper pipe behind the fairing, attached to the
handlebars of my TE, near the bottle cages. At the ends of the copper will be two pieces of plastic
pipe that extend out past the edges of the fairing. The lights will go on the plastic using their
conventional bar mounts. I'm using the copper because it's just too cool and plastic pipe on the
ends so it will easily break away in the event I lay the bike down.

The bars are different on the TE than on your Vision, of course.

I also ride with a super bright helmet light.
