    Yup.

    Tortellini Soup

2 TBSP butter, 1 of Olive oil. 1 cup white wine 4 cloves minced garlic 2-14 oz cans chicken broth 1
tsp dry basil 9 oz fresh totellini
1/2 bunch fresh spinach 1-14oz. can can diced/stewed tomoates (Del Monte Basil, Garlic and
    Oregano flavored)
    2/4 cup grated parmesian

melt butter add olive oil, saute garlic, add broth, wine, basil and boil. Add tortellini, simmer
uncovered until done, stir in spinach, tomatoes , cheese, heat thoroughly

my notes... I get cheese tortellini that comes in a divided 2 pack at the Costco deli section, 1
pack is perfect for this recipe. I also use a box of thawed chopped frozen spinach, drained. Also I
just use lots of garlic, I never measure it.

from Gold'n Delicicuious, the Spokane Jr League cookbook.

Stolen off Ridemonkey Beer and Food forum with a couple of minor mods.
