I am kinda new around here and not sure where to post this question. My wife and I just had twins and our house got small really fast. I now am looking for systems to store my bikes on pulleys in the garage to free up space.
I have found this a system here and the price looks fantastic - is anyone using this system? If so, what is your feedback/advice?

You can buy rubber coated hooks at your local Wal-Mart for less and hang your bikes upside down by the wheels. Besides being less expensive, they are probably easier to install and easier to work, unless you ride a very heavy bicycle. And for those who think that it messes up the wheels, it doesn't. Wheels are designed to support the weight of the rider and the bike. It certainly can handle the weight of the bike by itself.
I thought about that, but my wife is still pretty weak post pregnancy - and she will need to store/release the bikes occasionally. Thanks for the suggestion though!
the rubber coated hangers is what I was going to suggest also until I saw your wife would need to move them occasionally. I have seen that system you were looking at and it seems to work fairly well.
