Can anyone help me with any advice on training. I'm 65 years old and have recently taken up cycling having retired a few months ago, I now have time on my hands! ๐
I'm up to 25 miles 3 times a week, average speed approx. 15 mph.

Keep doing what you're doing. 25 miles per day, 3 days a week @ 15mph is nothing to sneeze at ๐. It all depends on what your plans are. When you say training, do you mean for health? for a race? for fun??? See what I mean?
I would do some searching on this forum. Some cycling guru's like RapDaddyO, Dave, Alex and others are your best bet to figuring it out, but it has to start with you. Be more specific...

+1 to what gman said.
It really depends on your fitness history and what your goals are. Are you also doing off-the-bike exercise? Depending on your present fitness and goals you may, or may not, want to mix some in.
Regardless of your goals, as you're now retired with plenty of time, be sure to ramp up gradually. It would be a bummer to miss several weeks of training because you were over zealous and did too much too soon.

The absolute best thing you can do is to find someone that loves to ride and is close to your level. As in all things it is better to have someone share your interest.
