I have been looking into buying my first road bike, I am looking not to invest too much money but I do want to get something quality. Right now I have been looking at a 2002 Giant tcr2 The bike has been used but seems to be in very good condition and has been well taken care of. The seller is asking 450 for the bike, is this a reasonable price?

An alloy 2002 TCR is a little long in the tooth to be asking $450. Major components like cassettes and dual control levers wear out, and replacement can go into several hundreds.If it's in decent shape, see if he'll take $380.
