  1. Hello, I need help on some stuff.

    I'm 16 and Male.

I'm a Road Cyclist and i suffer from Back Pain and Flexibility in the back (I guess)
As some of you may know in my other topics.

Im just wondering if people can give me adive on every single stretch for cycling.

Can you set it out in this layout. You can also provide links but uploading your pictures and your text would be great. So I can understand better 🙂

    Before Cycling:

    After Cycling (The cool down)

Ok the Home workouts no machines.

What are all the body workouts you can do to make A:

    Stronger Back (Lower):

    Abs:

Also a question how do you know if you have high blood pressure?

Another question my hamstrings, i have 1 that i cant reach as much as the other my right hamstring i can reach my toes but on my left i can't i can reach just before my ankle. How would i stretch it so i can stretch both legs at the same.

  2. As far as stretching goes, there is a book well worth getting (It's not expensive at all.). It is Stretching, by Bob and Jean Anderson. It has stretches categorized by discipline (i.e. cycling and etc.), as well as by area of body.

You're looking to improve core strength. There is, of course, a lot of ways to go about this. First, you can buy therabands and/or theraballs for exercises, and they typically come with exercise books. You can do a google search. This is one area where you can have good success taking internet advice. You can also see a physical therapist for advice, as well as an exercise physiologist.

  3. Bumping - Still need more information.

  4. Sam, I laid out what I do probably a month ago in another thread. There is a ton of info on this topic online. Suggest you Google "flexibility for cyclists" and start researching for yourself.

  5. Some minor bike fit issues?

  6. Bumping.
