  1. I crashed 2 weeks ago. Today I ride for first time since then. This morning I ride ~30km for 1 hours on a flat terrain but I was feeling myself really bad. I think tommorow to ride 40-50km. Can you tell me how to train to be in a normal shape as soon as possible.:eek:

  2. You'll have better luck in the "cycling training" section of the forum.

Stop feeling yourself while riding, it's embarrassing and will cause another crash if you get too excited.:p

No one can answer your question without a lot more information. What's your riding history, what kind of shape were you in before your crash, how did you injure yourself, do you have lingering pain or issues from the crash, what are your bike riding goals, how do you normally train? The list could be a lot longer but what you're asking for is coaching advice specific to your situation, you might not find a lot of people here that want to solve your specific training problem but if you ask your questions in a general way that applies to a lot of riders you'll probably get some better answers.
