You are Well Tuned to your Bike, Please do not loose the safety of visibility,
Adding a Reflector at 180 degrees from the original will have some effect,
ideally 4 reflectors, all same distance from the rim, all the same weight
90 degrees apart, will improve/eliminate your balance problem, high speed
turns will be able to be pedalled Lightly throughout, keeping your riding rhythm
unchanged, with extra visibility and safety. (Fix both wheels)
Wear protective clothing in solo practice to develop confidence, when in the turn
keep your body motionless apart from legs gentle pedalling. You will increase
pedal pressure in turns, with practice. Watch the road only, be aware of other
riders, Do Not look at anything but the road, you are looking for hazards.
Keep a plastic playing card and 2 clothes pegs in your kit, peg the card to the
rear frame with the card being flicked by the spokes as you ride. While others
may comment and laugh, you then know you are only rider concentrating on
riding well.
Always look for a legal edge to improve in all areas, associated with riding,
Remove all reflectors if racing, replace for training, that's your First Edge.
Good Luck.
