  1. hi guys ,

Wath's for you a good warm up looking for a training session...

how long do they lenght?...at wath intensity?...

    thx

  2. Typically a warm up session for me is 15 minutes easy spinning low gear with 80 to 95 rpm. Get the heart going and the muscles warmed up.

    Pete....

  3. for me, i do maybe 10- 15 minutes of a warm-up. i do 25 90 degree squates, stretch, and do another 25. then i do around 30 crunches and get on the bike. i go really slow, maybe going up a tiny hill at 1-1 just to get my heart going. push-ups also are somethin i do at the beginning, but i just do'em till im tired, lol
