I am about to upgrade from a very old road bike. I ride a couple of days a week but usually for about 35-40klm each time. I am thinking of buying a Felt F 75 2007 model. Can anyone comment on this bike or last years model which I understand had some problems with the FSA crank.

Hi there, I have been on a Felt F75 for 3 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it, you get a LOT of bang for the buck. I am debating on whether or not to go to full carbon, or just ugrade the current components to make it more suitable. Excellent choice for what you have described though.

The problem with FSA cranks is the bottom bracket bearings--they seem to quit working well after 5000 miles or so.They're easily replaceable, even upgradable, for $30 and up.
