Hi guys,
I'm looking for either a riser quill stem in 1 1/4, or an adapter from 1 1/4 quill to 1 1/8 threadless. Harris cyclery has the adapter, but poor order/shipping options for Europe. SJS cycles has stems, but none with enough rise.
Can anyone help suggesting either a European source for any of the items above, or a US supplier with better shipping/ordering options?

I can mail you the adapter, inserts that make a 1 14 headtube to 1/1/8inch. then you can use a 1 1/8inch headset, stem, fork, etc...
About $28+ probably $10 USPS...
