"At least 5 other Fuentes but no one speaks of them" he has said!

Who are they? Who use them?

think it was a euphemism. IE. There are sports doctors, and blood clinics, catering to cyclists and endurance athletes, in all major markets. Major cycling markets are lowlands, spain, italy, germany etc. probably one in france too

Yes because we had often doubt how people dared to pass border with blood before TDF the last years. The most reasonnable method was to have at least a "fridge" in France, or eventually to have one Fuentes agency dedicated to TDF.

Maybe. But I remember after OP a northern european doctor said that he had athletes coming to him and asking for transfusions. He then said he was aware of about a half a dozen operations similar to Fuentes and he named the countries where they were operating. I think he said there was a second one in Spain, several in Italy, and one in Austria.
