  1. Recently, I wanted to buy an exercise cycle and as normal there's many to choose from to confuse.

However, having got four machines delivered from Argos in the UK, I kept the best one and sent the
other three back. I'd recommend the Marcy Programmable Exercise cycle as found on page 1001 of the
2003 Winter catalogue if your looking to keep fit or loose some weight.

Excellent computer control facility on this model and a very smooth bike which is already a big hit
with all the family who now use it daily. Don't bother with those cheap nasty things for sixty quid
or so, this one's not cheap at £179 but well worth the money.

  2. I am very pleased with my Cyclops Fluid Trainer. I simply attach it to my recumbent and I have a gym
quality exercise bike. They can attach to a road bike or my recumbent, and their customer service is
incredible. My friend had a problem, and they immediately shipped him another unit. There's no
reason to buy an exercise bike, use the bike you have with the cyclops trainer. They make a
magnetic, wind and fluid resistance one. The fluid is quiet, and the faster you go, the greater the
    resistance.

I found one NEW on ebay for under $200 and they easily compare with using a lifesytle recumbant
exercise machine at the health club that cost thousands.
