Source for +/- 17 deg threadless stems?

I've got an ITM Eclypse for sale that is -15. It has a feature most don't like that I do. It is a
closed face stem.

Not exactly an unsual stem, that. We have 'em but so will most LBS who do fitting because that'a
what comes off new bikes now.

I wish. All my higher-end TREKs come with +/- 7 degree stems; I'm much prefer a 17 degree. Taller if
you want it to be tall, and parallel to the ground if someone wants it to be low & fast-looking.
And, if you have several spacers below it, it can be anything in-between by moving spacers from the
bottom to the top.
