I own a 05 cannondale six13 part aluminium and part carbon only has maby 2000 miles, but I noticed when flipping it upside down it sounds like there is a bunch of [censored] inside the lower down tube, when i took the fork off and tried to shake it out it looked like cement dust and little pieces of something.
