    Alright...here's another one of my dimwit questions.

    I really can't wrap my head around gears/shifting. And I feel like an absolute tool going to my LBS and asking "Hey guys, I really don't know what my gears to, or how to shift...what do I do?"
    So, I thought I'd ask you all.
