Thanks for your trouble Jude. So with a SRAM stock chain instead of the hollow pin chain and stock Kinesis fork instead of the Ouzo Pro Aero fork your bike would weigh about 23 lbs.
Manufacturer's weights are not always real world weights since they leave the pedals off and sometimes fudge a bit. No one has posted an actual weight for a standard stock Aero yet, so it's anyone's guess. It seems that the Aero owners that are reporting weights in the 21-22 lb range have substituted numerous custom light weight components, and that the actual stock weight of the Aero is more near to 23 lbs for a standard frame Aero and 24 lbs for a large frame Aero with typical roadie pedals installed.

Jude, wondered if you or any one else, know if this bike will fit some one 5'9 with a 41" x-seam? I don't tolerate high BB bikes well, and this set up, at least on their website, looks like a better ratio than even the Giro. also, what's the availability and is the cost same as a standard aero?

The bare bike with foam seat pad is 24 pounds, right on the money. I re-weighed it at home on my super- accurate Tanita digital scale. Accessories added 3 pounds: eggbeater pedals, two small LED flashers, two mirrycycle mirrors and the lightweight Hostel Shoppe Euro Aero rear bag.

I filled the 2 inch tubing on my RANS with helium and got the weight down to 18 lbs. but now the front wheel tends to float up in the air when I hit a bump and I have to lean way forward to get it back down on the road or turning becomes very difficult and more than a little dangerous.
But that is the price one pays....
