Ill be transferring all of my other components from my old bike onto this new frame. Is there anything that might not fit, that i havnt thought about? The front fork from my old bike has a diameter of 1 1/8" so i guess thats a normal size and will fit? The seat post should fit, shouldnt it?
I'm a bit confused by the 'Use a Campag fit (45x45) headset' as i have no idea what that means. Any ideas?

Tough to say w/o knowing anything about your present bike but BB and front derailleur 'may' be different, that's about all. Campagnolo hiddenset headset for the new frame. The old fork, if 1 1/8inch, should work fine. Hopefully the fork steerer is long enough for the new frame..ie,. enough steerer for needed spacers and stem.

But here's the thing thats confusing me, my current bike doesnt have anything which looks like those products you posted on the links. there doesnt even seem to be any bearings (assuming by bearings to mean those little balls). So where do they fit in, and why doesnt my bike have any?

As the silk screened lettering on the outside of your headset indicates, your "external" headset has cartridge bearings ...
Those cartridges will either fit the new frame, or not ...
BUT, you should just plan to buy the appropriate (45x45) new headset to use with the new frame & keep the old headset with your old frame IF you simply want a new frame ...
IF you don't actually "need" a new frame (i.e., due to damage to your current frame), sell/store the old frame with the old headset even if you use your current fork with the new frame.
