"I'm back, first proper ride since my crash, five months and two days later. 46 easy kilometres with some other VC167s. A good day for it, cool with no wind. Very quiet country roads, very flat. Not a fast pace but faster than a tootle. I was fine, no ill effects, a few tests of out of the saddle riding proved to be OK too."
Which has quite made my day. --
