Just checking Bruce, but is it even *possible* to speed there? Mull for
example only has speed limits in a very few places, the remainder being
NSL, which to all intents and purposes simply meant "drive as fast as
you dare" since with all the roads being single track with the odd
passing place you'd have to be psychotic to attempt more than 40!
