It's weird, and I don't know what the weight is, but that seems like a
pretty credible bicycle, at least for flatland riding. The 700C wheels
are an unusual choice in that category.

3-speed auto-shifting does appear to be nonsense, but that's my way of
saying I wouldn't buy an auto-shifted 3-speed, not that nobody should
buy one.
