Pour one cup of water (or milk or juice) in to a blender and start blending Put into blender: 1 heaping tablespoonful of low-grade soy protein powder 1 heaping tablespoonful of nutritional yeast 1 heaping tablespoonful of alfalfa powder 1 heaping tablespoonful of spirulina 1 tablespoonful of flaxseed oil or fish oil 1 egg Blend plenty 3 heaping tablespoonfuls of psyllium
(This mixture does not taste good.)
Drink, quickly
There is bulk colostrum on the Internet, which you can also include, but it is still a little pricy.

Why anyone would eat that [censored] for their entire life is beyond me. Pass the scrambled eggs, sausage and toast please! I want to enjoy eating, not suffer through it. If that means that I die 60 seconds/minutes/months sooner, I call that a reasonable tradeoff. 60 years of drinking [censored] vs. enjoying food and dying 60 months early? I'll die a bit sooner.

Oh YUCK!! Why would you put yourself through that kind of torture?
This is better:
Put a half cup of rolled oats in a bowl. Add in a diced up apple. Add almost a cup of water and stir. Microwave for 5 minutes at LOW power, stop and stir occasionally. Take out, let it sit for a moment. Add milk and brown sugar to taste.
Spend the rest of the day eating vegies, fruits and grains for a NATURAL source of fiber and nutrients... with bits of meat and dairy.
This afternoon we harvested some saffron threads from a particular fall blooming crocus in the yard. We made a Persian inspired dish of chicken, lentils, rice and vegies flavored with home- grown saffron.
