  1. While starting to download todays data from my PT Pro via WKO+, I got an error and now can not establish a link between the WKO+ client and the device. The PT CPU will not poweroff and remains in "host" mode. Anybody else had this happen and what is the best course of action?

    Update:
I wound up removing the battery to reset the unit. Data was persisted to flash memory so no problem. Thanks anyway.

When I remove the battery from my computers, I loose all the data. How long was your battery out of the holder?

Just long enough to power down the CPU, 10 seconds tops and that long only because I dropped the battery. After replacing the battery cap and powering the CPU back on, the unit will appear to be cleared; ET, Dist, Max & Avg watts, etc, all zero. I put the CPU back in the bike cradle and spun the cranks a couple of times then proceeded normally. I'm not sure if that last step is necessary, I hope to hear from one of the PT gurus.
