I live in California and ordered some items (tyres, jockey wheels) from ProBikeKit.com. The prices looked great and free shipping to USA. Unfortneately one of the items was missing from the order and I have emailed them multiple times without getting a relevant answer. I just keep getting "canned" responses.
Has anyone else used ProBikeKit.com? Problems with them?

I've ordered from them many times without any problems. However, something seems to be going on there because they are out of many items.

I've bought a few things from them over the past year or so. Pedals, tires, cables. Most orders worked just fine. Last order was for 3 Grand Prix 4 Season tires in 700x28. They sent 2 700x28 and 1 700x23. I didn't bother to notify them since its less trouble to sell the 700x23 to a friend or just use it on the front wheel of a bike. Same price on all tire sizes so I wasn't out anything. Better prices than anywhere in the US.

Many orders from them, only goof was when they sent me 1-piece brake shoes instead of the cartridge ones pictured. They didn't actually have the cartridge ones, so they told me to keep the 1-piece ones and refunded me.
I am in the UK, beware any supplier that does not give a contact address in their website.

I've ordered from them numerous times without any problems. (Especially good prices on tires and sunglasses, it seems.)
