Computrainer Issue

Well there are some CT users here but I'm wondering if you'd be better off posting this on the CT users forum?

Other than contacting Racermate as has been suggested, I'd check ALL your cables for solid connections and the possibility of any nicks, breaks, crimps etc. I don't think this can be caused by your cadence sensor btw as the CT in ergo mode controls the product of wheel speed and resistance - cadence is not explicitly taken into account.

I've never had your problem though I did suffer thru a period where I though my laptop/3D software just weren't compatible. Turns out the (thin) stereo cable from the handlebar controller to the computer was nicked by one of the feet of my fan. It didn't fail per se but got darned erratic. My bad.

Where you using another application besides CS? This sometimes has happened to me when in Ergo Mode in CS and trying to watch some videos on youtube, IOW...was CS on the background? Hope it helps.

I agree, I you don't have a hardware problem (cable etc) it could be that some program is competing with CS. CS uses a lot of resources (in task manager it as always at 100%). In my personal experience if you run other programs at the same time (even mp3 files with Media Player) glitches happen quite often.
I have two computers: one for CS and 3D and the other to play audio and video.
