    I agree, and that's why I keep PUFA consumption low and calorie consumption low. If you eat lot of
    raw fruit with plenty of coconut products, you feel full. You can add boiled eggs, brewer's yeast,
    raw goat cheese, dark chocolate, etc. to round out the diet - make it tasty and nutritious. You'll
    never have to worry about the Omega 3/Omega 6 nonsense. They are toxic, period, just not toxic
    enough to kill you on the spot.
