Greetings,
Just joined the forum after looking for ages for info on power training and I must say there's a wealth of valuble stuff on here.
My question is: can I train with power using my Cateye cyclosimulator and if so what would the protocol be for any pre training tests?
Any info would be appreciated as I can't splash out on a new power tap set up!
Yours in speed,
VMax

Here's a good place to start if you're looking for some real detail:
http://www.midweekclub.com/articles/--My question is: can I train with power using my Cateye
closimulator and if so what would the protocol be for any pretraining tests?Testing protocols should be addressed in a few of the links from the above link. I haven't used the Cateye but it's not known for it's accuracy. Perhaps newer models of the trainer have improved.
