  1. my left knee is twinging (just below the kneecap) - wonder if I injured in the fall this AM - hope I
    can make it home - guess ill be taking it steady!

    Good luck! I usually find if I case of whingeing knee that cycling helps, rather than hinders. But
    knees are complicated things and YMMV, but let's hope not!

    If the knee is hurting when at home - cool it down - packet of frozen peas/sweetcorn wrapped in a
    clean tea towel and applied to the affected area helps to reduce swelling.

    I made it home alright - didnt really hurt at all!

    The top of my leg is aching a bit this morning tho - think im falling to pieces bit by bit!!!!!!!!!!
