  1. Squash Casserole

    2- Medium Yellow Squash, peeled, seeded, and diced.
    2- Sticks Real Butter sliced.
    1- 6oz Box Chicken Stuffing, divided in half.
    1- 10 1/2 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup.
    1- 10 1/2 oz can Cream of Celery Soup.
    1- Small Onion, Sliced Thin. (Optional)
    1/2 - cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

    After prepping squash, parboil till just tender in a small amount of
    water. Drain. Grease a 2qt casserole with a pat of butter, then place
    5 pats in the bottom of the dish. Put half of the stuffing in the
    bottom of the dish, and spread Cream of Celery Soup on for next layer.
    Put the squash and optional onion in with a layer of butter on top.
    Now spread the Cream of Mushroom Soup over the squash and onion
    mixture. Top with remaining stuffing mix and another layer of butter
    on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven
    uncover and top with cheddar cheese, return to oven till cheese melts.
