    Hung it in the pan overnight, but it still wasn't dried out, so needed to
    find some place with air circulating.

    Comes under the previous heading of Improvise, Adapt, Overcome :-)

    It's already been boiled, it doesn't need to be baked!!

    But thanks for the menu idea for dinner next week sometime.

    How did I get it?

    Arizona..... hot..... dusty.... sand...... been raining here.....
    sand/water = mud........ mud = clay..... clay pots.... clay used for
    cooking.... chinese cooking.... chicken wrapped in clay and buried in
    hot sand....... whole fresh chook just put in the freezer last
    night..... Beggers Chicken here we come!!

    'Cept my 'clay' will be a dough of 1kg flour, 1 kg salt.

    Ahhhhhhhhh, the mind works in mysterious ways :-)

    It's been raining here in Arizona and will again this weekend. I could
    probably make my own clay pots. :-)
