pressure pill popper.

Good luck to you, Andy. you might want to lurk for a bit at
alt.food.diabetic There are some good folks there with helpful ways to
avoid carbohydrates. There are the usual number of whackos, too <g>
My best advice to you is to eat big salads. That will fill you up and
you won't miss the carbohydrates.
