Yabut the Elbonians have always had their special charm.

I cry for happy at their benefit making in big kitchen from village of
Internet. Also everyones should see dance from offals-slicing! Much
big kidneys and livers is splashes! Stinking is not so very bad
mostly.

Oh, it's just potato salad made with sweet potatoes (either instead
of or in addition to regular potatoes). I usually use mayo, chopped
onion, salt, and pepper, but whatever you'd usually use goes well.
I have a rainbow potato salad I do with white potatoes, purple
potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots (cut in chunks and boiled like the
potatoes, but not for as long), and as many colors of bell pepper as
I can find. It gets rave reviews because it's colorful, but it's the
same basic deal -- potatoes, mayo, onions, salt, pepper.
