I've noticed that my shifting has started getting sloppy and the chain is tarting to rub the FD when in the small ring and small cog. In taking a closer look at my bottom bracket, I think my right side fixing cup is backing itself out. It's not flush with the BB housing like the left side. Should it be?

Thanks for your help!
I had the exact same thing happen. One day I just couldn't shift into the big ring, and when I looked down, I saw the right side of the bb no longer flush. I suspect that during the install, I may have done it in the wrong order. Regardless, I removed the bb, cleaned the threads, added some loctite blue (you will get varying opinons on using it, but I find it works fine on the bb, but I don't use it anywhere else), installed the right side support FIRST, cinched it up tight to the bb shell and then installed the bb from the left side. That did the trick. BTW, not sure if it matters but the bike I had the problem with was Italian thread, but it's been fine since.
