Decided to be decadent and had one cheese Kransky nuked and sliced in half
lengthways. Put each half on a slice of wholemeal grain bread, with some
butter, American mustard, BBQ sauce, and a touch of tomato sauce, topped
with some shredded mozzarella. (Wish I'd had some sliced pickles to go on
that as well!!)
Along with some ice cold water, it was good :-)
It's been a good day.......
got my VOIP working (at last!! had to upgrade the firmware in my modem),
my sister just SMS'd me to say she and her hubby got their combined
Christmas/b'day present already (we bought them a 15Bar Espresso and
Cappuccino coffee maker for their kitchen..... *with* inbuilt grinder!!),
the case of bubbly we ordered for Christmas just arrived,
my mate called to say he's got his hands on a 5kg boxes of prawns for me
(as cheap as!!) for Christmas,
and the boss wants me to 'upgrade' my Senior First Aid qualifications to
become a Paramedic (which entails a Defensive Driving Course!! ;-).
But the last one has thrown a spanner in the works of my plans for next
year. Looks like I'm going to be flat out doing a heap of courses at the
beginning of the year, right about the time I was planning to go down to
the Barossa Valley and work a vintage down there :-(
Trying to weigh things up at the moment......
Paramedic v working in a top notch winery.......... Hmmmmmmmmmm.
