  1. I've used various pain relievers for my arthritic knee. Just
wondering if anyone else has noticed this: When using Ultram or
Naprosyn it seems that my pulse rate elevates very quickly when
running. When running at my normal pace where my heartrate is usually
around 145-148, if I use these drugs it goes to well over 155 often
over 160. This dosen't seem to happen with Ibuprofen.

Naproxin nhas additional soidium added, for faster absorption, which
    may elebvated your BP.

All the NSAIDS are shown to potentially elevate BP, due to mechanisms
    they impact regarding fluid retention.

    Use them sparingly.

Blood thinning effects? Thinner blood moves easier, and therefore reacts
    faster?
