  1. Hello, i'm about to buy an indoor trainer from a friend of mine and need some help with setting up a workout routine. First thing: i'm living in a dorm at college right now and have no room for it there, so i'm going to be keeping it (and my bike) at my dad's place
which is about 10 min away (by car). I do have a car on campus so i can drive to it often, but my schedule will probably only allow 2-3 workouts a week. How can i best maximize my time while i'm there to get into better shape?

    -zack

  2. Do a search for FTP and read up on that to get some ideas.

  3. By Power 3x20s at 91% FTP 3 times a week is a good start

Or RD's Speed Method on a trainer with a predictable speed to power relationship 92% of max speed for a given duration (20 minutes usually) 3 times a week
