  1. Hi,
I bought a plastic bag of frozen large sea scallops from Walmart.
When I got home, I put them in the fridge instead of the freezer.
    Dopey me!

The next day I discovered it and decided to put them in the freezer.

Am I going to get sick if I cook these? I usually saute in coconut
oil with some raw, natural, organic honey for a nice glaze. I'm
frightened at the thought of getting a terrible sickness or even die
from it but I also hate to toss 9.00 worth of frozen sea scallops.

    Help please? Thanks..

If you kept them cold, even if it was the fridge instead of the freezer,
they should be OK. You may see a loss of texture from the thawing and
refreezing, but I doubt you grew any nastys in the bag if they were kept
    cold.
